Muscle tension created by stress or physical problems can manifest as chronic ailments, such as tension, headaches, fatigue, pain and illnesses. Massage supports you in releasing the muscular tension within the body and relaxing the mind supporting changes in both the physical and the emotional wellbeing bringing you back into balance

As a RMT I offer in-depth 1 hour Therapeutic Massages*. Therapeutic Massage is about manipulating the soft tissue by using slower, more forceful strokes to target the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue while focusing on correcting a physical problem of the body to prevent and alleviate pain, discomfort, muscle spasms/strains, and stress while promoting health and wellness.

This holistic treatment is a whole body hands-on process. It is a 3-in-1 integrative session of coaching, energy work and massage. This Integrative process takes you deep into your cellular level releasing trauma, family patterns, limiting beliefs, fear and anxieties. This process improves your energetic vibration, your emotional and physical health and your overall view of life.

Benefits of Massage

Massage is perhaps one of the oldest healing traditions. Many ancient civilisations – including the Egyptians, Ancient Greeks and Chinese – used it to treat a variety of ailments.

Massage brings a feeling of deep relaxation and calm, as it prompts the release of endorphins – the brain chemicals (neurotransmitters) that produce feelings of wellbeing. Levels of stress hormones such as adrenalin, norepinephrine and cortisol, are also reduced. Studies indicate that high levels of stress hormones impair the immune system.
